Preliminary Planning, Design & Budgets

layouts and architecturals; · initial budget estimates
based on square metre rates.

relationship between mechanical handling and physical

environmental management plans and impact statements

requirements and approvals; · Water Board requirements
and approvals; · Town planning requirements; ·
negotiations with local authorities; · supervision and
control of sub-contractors; · fire regulations;. ·

Council Approvals
Develop required drawings to a standard suitable for
building application, including:
· preliminary structural engineering design ·detailed
plans, elevations, etc · preliminary machinery/equipment
layouts (if applicable) · preliminary design of relevant
services (e.g. mechanical, electrical, hydraulics,
refrigeration).
On receipt of relevant Council
Development Approval, submit drawings to Council for building
approval and to other regulatory authorities, as applicable.
Construction Stage Services
· Complete the design of the Project and prepare detailed
documentation and specifications to enable tenders to be called
for all major subcontracts and the procurement of materials,
etc. · Co-ordination with all project consultants and
liaison with statutory authorities.
J.W.P Project Services Pty Ltd will provide experienced site
construction supervisor(s) responsible for:
· the completion of the construction works; · quality
control, inspections and reporting; · control of
subcontractors and suppliers; · site safety and security;
· co-ordination of expediting, transport, etc; ·
organisation and control of day labour forces; ·
communication with local authorities, statutory bodies; ·
commissioning and handover of plant and equipment.
